Rice D2K Lab is a hub for data science education. We connect students with engagement, enrichment, and experiential learning opportunities using real-world data from companies, community organizations and researchers. In the data science capstone program, companies, community organizations, and researchers partner with Rice University to sponsor teams of students that work on a semester-long data science project. With a sponsored research agreement, sponsors will own any resulting Intellectual Property (IP).
